Reporting to the Director, as interim Head of Audiences and Development I managed the development, marketing and communication strategies for IMMA during a transitional phase. In this role, I managed a team of five people, with a collective responsibility to deliver IMMA’s strategic aims of building new audiences for contemporary art and maintaining a strong base of corporate and individual partners. Monster Truck Gallery and Studios.
Project type: founder and artistic director 2007 - 2017. Led the development/programme of the gallery and studio project from an informal artist group to a multi-venue organisation, supporting artist studios and a high profile art gallery in Dublin's Temple Bar. Worked with multiple high profile institutions, galleries, artists and curators. Developed funding structures and governance to support activities over a sustained period. monstertruckstudio.com
