My role within the gallery is to supply independent support services in areas such as gallery management, design/marketing, planning, development and sales.

Irish Museum of Modern Art.
Project type: museum management. Head of Audiences and Development (interim). Reporting to the Director, as interim Head of Audiences and Development I managed the development, marketing and communication strategies for IMMA during a transitional phase. In this role, I managed a team of five people, with a collective responsibility to deliver IMMA’s strategic aims of building new audiences for contemporary art and maintaining a strong base of corporate and individual partners.

Monster Truck Gallery and Studios.
Project type: founder and artistic director 2007 - 2017. Led the development/programme of the gallery and studio project from an informal artist group to a multi-venue organisation, supporting artist studios and a high profile art gallery in Dublin's Temple Bar. Worked with multiple high profile institutions, galleries, artists and curators. Developed funding structures and governance to support activities over a sustained period.

Frontline Ventures.

Project type: art advisory and curation. Frontline is an early-stage B2B venture capital firm based in Dublin and London.  I was commissioned to find unique Irish art works for their Dublin office.  I looked to a wide selection of artists and arrived at a number of works that represented Frontline's unique culture.
